An ideal fish for your community aquarium, They are both active and Vibrant in Colour. They are not too fussy with water conditions but do prefer softer acidic water. Males are a vibrant blue/green with red spots running along the Body. The tips of the dorsal, anal and caudal fin are fringed in yellow. Females are not as colorful but still quite pretty in their own right Don't let the name Killy fool you. The word comes from the Dutch word meaning ditch or channel, not because they are going to be killing everything in your tank.
